Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 16 years or older (with valid identification).
We accept only personal local checks, which must have the holder's ID number and telephone number. We will endorse the check when we receive it.
Checks cannot be cashed at the resort.
Connecting Room Policy
We have several interconnecting rooms, which you must pre-book by contacting our reservations department at email@example.com. If available, these rooms are guaranteed to you once you confirm your reservation.
Credit Card Policy
We accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, and American Express. At check-in, we pre-authorize the full room charge plus a Lm 25 (Euro 58.23) fee per night for incidentals. At check-out, we take full payment from the pre-authorization, clearing any incidental charges not incurred during your stay.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Early Departure Policy
Guests departing early will be charged for the full reserved stay.
Early Arrival Policy
Guests arriving before the 3PM check-in time may store their luggage in our luggage room.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges. Cribs are provided upon request. However, please note that guests will need to bring blankets, bumpers or pillows as they are not provided by the hotel. If extra bedding is required, please contact the hotel directly.
Gift Certicate Acceptance Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, you must reserve in advance and provide the gift certificate number. Please call the hotel directly Monday - Friday between 8.30am - 6.30pm. Reservations are subject to resort availability, and the gift certificate must be presented at check-in.
Guests are required to present a valid ID card or passport at check-in.
Package Handling Policy
Packages for guests are only accepted if the guest is in house or scheduled to arrive. Packages are first delivered to our Security Base and logged in the system, then sent to the guest's room, where a signature is required to confirm receipt.
Cats and dogs weighing up to 18 kilograms are allowed at the resort for a fee.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Lifeguards are always on duty at both our outdoor pools. However, children under 16 years must never be left unattended at the pools.
We keep all our guests' details strictly confidential and never provide them to any third parties.
Smoking in enclosed public areas is against Maltese Law and prohibited in the resort’s indoor spaces. Smoking is not allowed in guestrooms; however, guests can smoke on their balconies.
