Starwood Preferred Guest Information
As a villa resort, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits, including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4pm late checkouts, and Your24. In addition, due to limited restaurants, bars, and room service, some elite welcome amenities are not available.
Regarding Free Night Awards:
- Reservations may be booked only within 365 days of arrival.
- Inventory may be limited, and blackout dates may apply during special events.
- Starpoints® acquired through conversion of a vacation ownership interest may not be redeemed for Free Night Awards at a Starwood Vacation Ownership hotel or resort.
Alcoholic beverage consumption is restricted to those 21 years or older. While there is no bar or restaurant facility onsite, guests 21 and older are welcome to stock their villa with alcoholic beverages.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve and to check in to a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $50 per stay.
Early Arrival Policy
We invite you to check in after 4 p.m., and request that you check out before 10 a.m. However, if your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your security, keys will only be given to the individual with the reservation unless other arrangements have been made.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaways are subject to a $5.00 per night fee (which is subject to change).
Golf Course Policy
The resort does not own or operate the golf courses and is not responsible for occasional closures or maintenance. To confirm a tee time or to inquire about maintenance schedules, please contact the golf course management directly before your arrival.
All of our nightly rental guests are provided a complete villa cleaning each day and a sheet change every third day, with the exception of those rate plans that do not include service. Verify the rate plan before booking your reservation to see if it includes daily housekeeping service.

In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property.
Breathe in the fresh air. Our resort is smoke-free. Guests are asked to refrain from smoking in all enclosed public areas, including the villas. The balcony or lanai of the villa, if so equipped, is a designated smoking area. A fee may be charged to cover the expense of restoring the smoke-free environment of our villas. In addition, the resort observes local and state smoking ordinances that may prohibit smoking in some public places.
