Rated 5 out of 5 by Coops23 Wow what a fantastic property
From the moment we arrived at the The Sheraton Noosa Resort and Spa we knew we had chosen well. The staff are all so friendly and attentive, the accommodation is just beautiful and the rooms are huge. The pool is magnificent and the location could not be better. The property is very clean throughout and very modern too. Easy walking onto Hastings street for a spot of shopping, jumping on a cruise boat up the river or swimming, surfing or running, walking etc at the beach. Many picturesque walks close by too. We are so relaxed now and enjoyed our stay so much we would like to make it a yearly event for sure and we will. Thanks so much to everyone at property, you really looked after us and we will definitely be back.

The renovations have given our second home a new feel but it has lost none of he original charm.
We have been staying at the hotel at least once a year for the past 24 years and couldn't think of going anywhere else while in Noosa

We had a blissful long weekend at teh Sheraton Noosa and I couldn't recommend it more. The resort has everything you might need for R and R to just sit by the stunning pool and relax, or if you want to explore further afield it's in the best location possible. The best restaurants, shops and stunning Noosa beach just steps away.
The staff were amazing and I couldn't say a bad word about our stay.

The hotel rooms and pool are great. The location is perfect, and the staff very friendly.
The dinning facilities not good. Very disappointed the restaurant would not accept the Star Privilege card for lunch or dinner, so we didn't go there !
The internet is slow and only allows one person on at a time- that is no good !
My wife was very disappointed with the massage in the Spa Room..
There was no directory in the room, hard to know pool times, restaurant times and other details.
The bar was only opened 2 of the 5 nights we were there- not good
Overall impression, facilities very nice but more attention needed to personal guest services.

Rated 4 out of 5 by davidnoosa pleasant reminder of times past
we have stayed at Sheraton Noosa on and off since it opened in the 70s
the past 5 years or even longer, it was past its use by date but the recent refurbishment has brought the hotel back from the brink,
rooms are good and the old blue carpet is gone and a fresh look in place
whilst the web site states some facilities like river room bar restaurant and pool bar are open these were closed on Thursday but opened Friday,
one issue was no complimentary water in the room, We had to go 2k to 7/11 at midnight to get reasonable bottle water!!
these days all leading chains provide complimentary bottle water.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sarah77 Everything we hoped it would be
We just spent 5 days at Sheraton Noosa for our 10 Year Anniversary. It was our first time staying and it was everything we expected it to be. The rooms were fantastic, the facilities were great, the Staff were so helpful, the food was beautiful. We couldn't fault anything and we can't wait to come back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Travelwoes Sheraton Noosa Has Lost Its Mojo
Hotel has been recently refurbished. It is looking very unwelcome. All these neutral colours have missed the mark. Its all been done before. The rooms lack personality. In this day and age you should be providing docking stations for phones and music, coffee machines, decent crockery and glasses, and FREE INTERNET not to mention the linen on the beds. The Sheraton prided themselves on their beautiful 100% cotton sheeting and were always beautiful to sleep in. Now they are some no crease polyester rubbish I wouldn't even put my kids in.
Parking is more expensive than Brisbane City
Not so long ago The Sheraton had the most wonderful breakfast buffet, now it is ordinary.
The restaurant is noisy and the young staff are more interested in what they look like. The only reason we ate their once was because it was prepaid.
We are not all tourists, we are Australian, but I won't be staying again. I was embarrassed to call myself Australian.
Noosa is sold as the upmarket ultimate foodie holiday destination but not at this Hotel.
