On July 1, 2017, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) was implemented in India and will be charged to all reservations. Changes or additions to existing reservations will be charged accordingly.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with valid identification to reserve and check-in to a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are subject to availability at check-in. Please request connecting rooms when making your reservation.
Extra Bedding Policy
All rooms can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children, up to 12 years of age or a maximum of three adults. Rooms are furnished with either one king or two twin beds. A maximum of one adult rollaway is also available per room for an additional daily fee of 1500 INR plus tax.
The hotel does not offer a waitlist.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals are based on availability and subject to the following charges: arrivals before 9am will be charged the full room rate for the previous night. Arrivals between 9am and 12pm will be charged 50% of the room rate. For additional assistance, please contact the hotel directly.
Early Departure Policy
Please notify the hotel of early departures 48 hours prior, to avoid the early departure charges of one night’s accommodation rate. Certain rate plans may require a minimum number of nights’ stay to qualify for the rate and inclusions. For additional assistance, please contact the hotel directly.
For security purposes, the hotel requires valid photo identification at check-in. Acceptable forms of identification include a driver's license, passport, PAN card and/or proof of age verification card. Foreign guests must present a valid passport.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is based on availability and subject to fees. Guests checking out after 1pm but before 6pm will be charged half of the nightly rate. Guests checking out after 6pm will be charged a full night's rate. For additional assistance, please contact the hotel directly.

The hotel does not allow alcohol in public areas, other than those designated by local law to serve alcoholic beverages. Guests under the age of 21 years will not be served. Alcohol purchased outside of the hotel may only be consumed in the privacy of a guest’s room. “Dry Days”—as determined by local law—are observed by the hotel.
For meetings and events, a separate alcohol license must be arranged. Please contact the hotel for further details and assistance.
The hotel regrets that pets are not permitted on the premises.
Guests who wish to use the pools, do so at their own risk. The hotel accepts no liability for injury or the loss of property. Non-registered guests or visitors of registered guests are not permitted in the pool area.
The hotel requires visa and passport information for all foreign visitors and non-residents holding foreign passports.
Health & Well-Being Policies
To ensure quiet stays for all guests, parties are not permitted in guest rooms or suites. A noise complaint will result in an eviction from the hotel without a refund of that night’s charge.
All public areas within the hotel are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in smoking rooms located on designated floors or in designated outdoor areas.
The hotel will not accept personal cheques unless approval by hotel management has been obtained four days prior to arrival. Demand Drafts and Banker's Cheques are the only acceptable forms of payment.
The hotel regrets that it does not offer cheque cashing services.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Gift Certificate Policy
All services mentioned in a gift certificate will be rendered subject to availability; prior reservation and confirmation; presentation of the original gift certificate prior to the service(s); and presence of the certificate owner with valid proof of identification. Any services provided other than those mentioned on the certificate will be charged as applicable and must be paid in full prior to departure. Gift certificates cannot be combined with any other promotion(s), discount offer(s), or limited-time benefit(s).
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax, and incidentals. For debit card users, an immediate hold will be placed on the card that is equal to the room rate and tax, plus an additional 50% of the total room rate and tax for incidentals. If a guest is paying cash, a deposit equal to the room rate, tax and $50 USD per day will be collected at check-in. A valid PAN Card must be presented along with any cash payments above 25000 INR.
