Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be a minimum of 18 years old with a valid photo identification to make a reservation or check into the hotel.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel has a limited number of connecting rooms. Please request connecting rooms upon reservation to ensure availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds and baby cots are subject to availability. Rollaway beds are included in extra adult charge or available for a fee separately. Baby cots are complimentary. Please submit request for extra bedding at the time of reservation.
Family Plan Policy
Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs can be arranged and are subject to availability and applicable fees. Sheraton Club access for children staying in existing or additional bedding is subject to additional charges. Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Standard check-in time is 3pm local time. In order to guarantee early check-in, we recommend reserving a room for the night prior. Please contact the hotel for more information on early check-in options for your arrival date.
Early Departure Policy
A fee equal to 50% of the daily room rate will apply to all early departures made without prior notice.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Accepted forms of identification include passports, resident ID cards and/or proof of age cards.
Late Checkout Policy
Standard checkout is at 11am local time. We are pleased to offer late checkout for an additional fee. For late checkout between 11am and 6pm, a 50% daily room rate will apply. For checkout after 6pm, a full daily room rate will apply.
We are pleased to serve and sell alcoholic beverages to guests 18 years old and above with valid photo identification.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
We are pleased to offer babysitting services for children aged three and above for a fee; a minimum commitment of two hours.
The hotel does not allow pets at this time.
All children 1.4 meters in height and under are required to wear inflatable arm bands or life vests when using hotel swimming facilities. Both are provided on a complimentary basis by the hotel.
Health & Well-Being Policies
We are pleased to accommodate requests for smoking or non-smoking guest rooms. Please note that smoking is not permitted in any public areas of the hotel. There are, however, designated smoking areas on our smoking floors and designated outdoor smoking areas. Guests who smoke in a non-smoking room will incur a cleaning fee of 1500 HKD.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
We are pleased to accept third-party payment requests if and when the following three conditions have been met: (1) The credit card holder fully completes a Credit Card Authorization Form and faxes it to the hotel at (853) 8113 2928, along with a copy of the front and back of the credit card and a photo ID or passport of the credit card holder, a minimum of seven days prior to the staying guest’s arrival. (2) The credit card holder’s documents have been completely authenticated. (3) The room charges have been successfully charged before the staying guest’s arrival. If these three conditions have not been met, the staying guest will be fully responsible for all charges upon arrival.
