Connecting rooms are available and are subject to availability at check-in.
Extra Bedding Policy
For a fee, guests are allowed a maximum of one rollaway bed per room.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
The hotel does maintain a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guests should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.

Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is subject to availability upon check-in and should be requested in advance if possible. Guests requiring a guaranteed early arrival must reserve a room for the previous night.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply to guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.
Late Checkout Policy
For guests departing after 12pm and before 6pm, the fee is 50% of one night's room rate plus taxes. For guests checking out after 6pm, the fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply.
Disability access is available throughout the hotel. Please contact the hotel to set up TDD equipment and for wheelchair rental or availability.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Pets are not allowed
Upon check-in, international guests’ visa and passport details must be registered by our Guest Services Agent. Because this may require a few minutes of your time, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Smoking is permitted in designated areas throughout the hotel. The third floor is the dedicated smoking floor; all other floors are non-smoking.

The hotel accepts cash, credit cards, checks from local companies, Alipay, and bank transfers as forms of payment. International credit cards must be presented upon check-in. Local credit cards can only be authorized on-site. Please contact the hotel directly if you need a third-party credit card authorization form, or if you want to pay via check from a local company, Alipay, or a bank transfer. A bank transfer must be submitted at least three business days before arrival.
