Sheraton Club Lounge

Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.

Special Conditions

Hotel Renovations: October 15, 2013 - May 31, 2014

From October 15 through May 31, 2014, the hotel is being renovated to provide an even more inviting atmosphere. During this transition, we will make your stay as easy and worry-free as possible.

Guest rooms and corridors: Renovations will take place from mid-February to March. Guests will stay in accommodations only on floors where renovations are not taking place. Elevator upgrades will begin in the summer.

Front desk: The front desk’s temporary, fully-accessible location is on the opposite side of the lobby.

Lobby: Temporary walls, painters, and ladders may be present.

Pool: Our outdoor pool is open seasonally. A new indoor pool is being constructed on the second floor.

Fitness center: Our fitness center is being completely updated. A temporary fitness center on the lobby floor consists of three exercise bikes and an elliptical machine.

Sheraton Club:  From March 3 to March 31, 2014, a temporary Sheraton Club Lounge will be available in Float restaurant.  After March 31, 2014 the temporary Club Lounge will be located on the 14th floor.

Link@Sheraton(SM) experienced with Microsoft®: While this lobby area is being updated, a temporary business center on the lobby floor features three computers with complimentary Internet and printing capabilities.

ADA Policy

The hotel is compliant with the American with Disabilities Act. ADA-compliant guest rooms are available and feature handrails, lowered sinks, raised toilet seats, and roll-in showers.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room and check in.

Check Policy

Check cashing services are available to SPG Platinum guests who present valid photo identification.  There is a limit of 100 USD.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested.  Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements. 

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee will be imposed on guests who check out before their reservation’s scheduled departure date. Guests may change their date of departure without penalty until midnight on their day of arrival. After midnight, a fee of up to one night’s room rate plus tax will apply. Please contact the hotel for more information.

Gift Certificate Policy

To redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.

Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

Pet Policy

Pets weighing up to 80 pounds are allowed. A refundable deposit of 75 USD is due at check-in. Guests must also sign a waiver at check-in.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Smoke-Free Policy

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.  

Waitlist Policy

Hotel does not offer a waitlist.
