One of the friendliest staffs I have encountered. They are all very eager to help and are very interested in the quality of your stay. I was very impressed with their willingness to allow me to extend my checkout until 4pm.

I checked into room 232 initially and found the toilet and refridgerator were dirty, so I called the front desk to report the matter. I was placed on hold for ten minutes and assumed I had been disconnected. I called again and was again placed on hold. When I was finally able to describe the condition of the room, she said she would move me to another room but had to help the guests in front of her and she would have to call me back. Once we did find another room, fortunately on the same floor, I entered eager to sleep. While this room seemed cleaner, I found dental picks on the floor next to a chair. I was too tired to move again, so I just stayed there. It has been a long time since I stayed at Sheraton, but I remembered it more favorably.

The hotel has everything you will need for your stay. It is conveniently placed for easy walking distance around Atlanta centre. Concierge staff were excellent. We did have a very minor problem with a remote control for the TV which was a quick fix when sorted but it took over an hour to send anyone to us due to a wrong room number being taken down. Bar drinks were expensive in the hotel. However, mainly a good stay.

The staff at this Hotel are truly exceptional. Friendly, professional and go out of their way to make your stay a good one. The facilities are really excellent too with a great choice of eating options and there are lots of interesting things to see and do nearby.

My stay was great. The hotel is beautiful and has wonderful amenities. The icing on the cake was the staff, especially the concierge staff. Andre and Kiki were amazing and really made my stay wonderful. Their recommendations on dinner and directions to local sights were top notch.

I was in Atlanta for the Susan G. Komen Breast cancer 3 day walk, and my room was part of the block of rooms for the the event. The location is perfect. The hotel, though having some construction, was great. The staff very helpful and courteous. I would stay at the Sheraton again.

My family recently spent the weekend at this hotel. Overall the stay was nice. We were especially appreciative of one specific employee, Jerome Smith. Mr Smith delivered our bags to the room and gave us great information in regards to the hotel history, hotel surroundings and hotel amenities. It was a pleasure to speak with Mr. Smith after a long day of traveling. Outstanding employee!!!

Day 2, despite a written request, there were only 2 coffee cups in the room and no creamer. Day 3, there was creamer and no cups at all. The bathroom was not cleaned, especially the tub. There was hair on the sides and bottom of the tub. A glass that was used for wine was left, untouched, on the end table.

I was so disappointed in the room size and look. There were fleas in my room. My roommate was eaten up. Room was not designed for more than one person. Bathroom is tiny. Staff was good. I had a balcony with no seating. Just a giant waste. Was there at a seminar or would have left.

I have stayed here on business travel over the past several years, and this hotel and its staff just keep getting better and better. From the friendly and attentive staff in the hotel and restaurants and bar, to the comfortable rooms, to the great workout facility and awesome indoor swimming pool and hot tub in a beautiful, natural atrium environment with retractable roof to bring in the outside when appropriate. A great place for business or leisure. My colleagues and I love it! You'll love it, too! And, the high quality of the food and beverages at Fandangles inside the hotel is a real treat.

We came in a rather large group for a conference. The entire staff was completely welcoming and hospitable at every request-- even greeting each of us as we moved through the lobbies! Recommendations and directions to local restaurants were perfect.Although an older hotel, renovations and upgrades are underway and the rooms are maintained with detail. I would recommend this hotel to others.

NO place to unload at check in. Had to drag my luggage through the parking lot down a dangerous ramp in way of vehicles.
The floor I was on was noisy I could hear everything around me.

Very clean hotel, GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF and very attentive to guests. Food was excellent, especially yummy was our dinner for the Izmir High School Reunion (Friday Oct. 3rd) gathering. I also would like to thank the security guard / gal that was working at the downstairs entrance area (by UPS Store). Monday Oct. 6th, 10:00 AM. She had realized that I had missed my shuttle to the airport due to 3 large buses that had arrived with the Disney kids, she went beyond hotel hospitality and paid for the taxi to get me to the airport. A BIG THANK YOU TO HER - GREAT PERSON INDEED. Please tell her I made my flight in time and pass on my thank you. I was staying in room 525.

This is a very nicely located hotel for visiting Downtown Atlanta. The rooms on the club level were a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but comfortable since it was just me. They were in the process of remodeling the entrance so access was a bit challenging. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The renovations were a bit of an inconvenience and our room was so far away from the lobby elevator. The layout of the hotel was not accommodating. The room we were located in was next to a street or a dumpster / construction site which wasn't so pleasant. On Friday night, I guess people were checking in for a class reunion and was loud for a couple of hours until late night, didn't complain and just waited until it dialed down. Missed the convenience of shuttle services like other hotels. Shuttle that did run only ran a few times.

I am from Ontario, Canada and recently stayed 3 nights at the Atlanta Sheraton to attend a conference. While the hotel itself, including my room, was clean and comfortable and the hotel amenities extremely good (conference rooms, pool, exercise room, etc), what I need to remark upon was the excellence of the staff! From the person who cleaned rooms, to security staff, to bell staff, to the front desk - everyone was helpful and friendly. Of special note was Andre the Concierge. With his assistance my colleague and I enjoyed 3 wonderful evening meals with authentic southern menus. He was quick with a smile and greeting and no detail was too small for him to spend time on with us - especially helping us to get from one place to another. I look forward to a future return trip to the Atlanta Sheraton.

I was pleased with the friendly staff. Housekeeping went out of their way to say good morning and ask how my day was. I was impressed they remembered my comments from the previous day! It was wonderful to be close to nightlight and restaurants.
A plus the liquor store was across the street. East access to and from airport using the train.

Everything was nice but EXPENSIVE! The hotel restuarants were highly overpriced. The continental breakfast was $18.50 per person. The concierge wouldn't allow me to carry my own luggage even after I refused his help. The workout room and pool area was really nice. The room was nice and clean.

I must say that Mr. Smith helped Mrs. Stokes to our room and was most helpful in assisting us when we requested an upgrade. Al staff seem to be very responsive to serving the needs of the guest.

From the moment we arrived until we left our stay was great..... The staff is very accommodating and very pleasant. The rooms are very nice but most importantly very clean. We utilized both collage for breakfast and fandangles for dinner. The food was good(well above average) and our server Viera in Fandangles was Outstanding. She was pleasant and accommodating. We will be staying again.....

I had stayed here in July and had a few problems. I was coming back in September and the manager said that he would make sure that I would be pleased with my stay. He comped me one of my nights and upgraded my room. Neither thing did he need to do but both were wonderful. Everyone was wonderful and it was an awesome experience this time. They went way beyond in making up for the previous bad experience. Thanks so much!

1. I left behind my IPAD charger at the hotel. When I called to request assistance in its return, I was told that no was turned in and that someone else was currently staying in the room.
2. With such limited WIFI available in the hotel, my work was limited.....to NOTHING!

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my weekend stay. Requested a room change and the staff did not blink an eye and made the exchange. Lost my purse with id, phone, etc. and the staff located it the following morning. Security had placed it in the hotel safe. Very pleased guest!!!

I really tried to be patient with the staff due to the fact that this was a busy convention weekend, but there should be no excuse for what happened. I was told different things by different employees. I was told to arrive as early as possible by one employee the night before only to have to wait from 9 am to 3 pm in the lobby waiting on a room to be ready. First, I was told that they would call me when the room was ready so I could enjoy the convention and then the front desk told me I had to check with the front desk every 30-45 minutes. I felt like I was just getting the run around each time I went and checked. The fact that I spent the better part of a workday in the lobby and not one employee asked me as to why I was in the lobby for so long or if there was something I needed assistance with made me feel very under appreciated as a customer and like I did not matter. The lobby was never crowded with customers and I saw more employees there than I did customers having fun and taking pictures of people dressed up for the convention. I do not recommend staying there at all. To be fair, not all employees were like this. These issues were mainly with the front desk and staff in that area. In my 8 years of going to the convention, this was my first stay at this hotel and this will be my last.

When the family has an event in GA the Sheraton is my first choice . The customer service is always over the top.
