I am a very frequent guest of Sheraton Paiva! Always had some kind of problem though! Last time we were charged for using the Jacuzzi! Nobody gave us towels nor bath robes or locker keys! The lady at the spa was rude with us! Absurd! The wines & spirits served at the club lounge is ridiculous! Very bad quality! Needs urgent improvement!!

Staff was very helpful during my August stay in 2014.
Breakfast at the restaurant is very good and it is an easy access from the airport . Will take you one hour to drive to Porto de Galinhas and their natural swimming pools. Platinum Upgrade received.
Will be back this year.

I arrived on the evening of July 4th. I rented a car and drove in with a friend from Recife Airport and from the moment we were greeted by the valet and bellhop, to the moment we checked out, the service was outstanding! It took about 20 minutes to drive South from the airport, valet parking was complimentary, and room service came up right away. I ordered a skirt steak with manioc and plantains, which ended up being one of my best meals in Brazil and my friend ordered a coconut ice cream which she said was great. I was pretty tired having just flown in from San Francisco, CA and Sao Paulo and the room was immaculately spotless and the beds were brand new and very comfortable. The front desk receptionists upon check-in and check out offered great suggestions for local nightlife and restaurants in Recife. The hotel had only been open for 2 weeks so there is still some construction happening on the other side of the property where they are still building the convention center. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite with an ocean view room and heard no construction. The pool area is completed although they are still building a water tower about 40 meters away. I believe the spa is also not finished yet. The bathrooms were also very modern and the shower walls were finished with really cute sanded down rocks and frosted glass doors. Wifi speed was good and complimentary in the room. The breakfast spread was adequate and the main lobby, dining, and patio areas feel airy and luxurious. The drive just South of the hotel en route to Porto de Galinhas is just gorgeous for about 10 miles. Overall, this place was an absolute paradise with some of the friendliest service I've ever experienced at any property around the world. This stay was well worth the Star points I used and my only regret is that I didn't stay at this Sheraton for more than one night. I will surely be back and look forward to staying when the full property is completed!

I've never been treated this bad in an international hotel brand. I got there very late at night and my reservation was already shown as a "NO SHOW" so it was messy to get it back on since all the staff was new. Nobody told me the hotel just opened a few weeks before, and of course they were "terribly sorry" for the bad service, nevertheless they had the nerve to charge 650.00 usd per night due to the world cup or whatever reason they had.

My nephew and I stayed at the Sheraton Reserva do Paiva for two days to attend a World Cup match. The property was only opened two weeks before our arrival, and all considered our stay was excellent. The property is beautiful, the room was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. It rained the entire time we were there, so we did not experience the beach or pool. The bar and excercise facilities werev very nice.

Nos alojamos en el hotel durante siete días. En el transcurso de los mismos hemos disfrutado de un servicio de alta "Calidad", hemos apreciado la "Excelencia" en la conducción del hotel por parte de su gerente general el Sr. Stütz a quien se lo veía recorriendo las instalaciones diariamente, comunicándose con los huéspedes con suma cordialidad e interactuando en forma amena con su personal.
Deseo destacar también las instalaciones del Beach Club. El paisaje que se combina entre las palmeras y el mar crean un lugar único e inolvidable.
El Club Lounge posee una vista panorámica de la Reserva do Paiva y la atención y calidad del lugar es digna de felicitar.
El desayuno es variado, abundante y sabroso.
Los restaurantes demuestran un toque de distinción en sus propuestas gastronómicas.
La atención de todo el personal ha sido maravillosa y gentil.
