Long check in lines, room cleanliness could have been better, housekeeping did not show on Saturday and had difficulty getting clean towels at the end of the day. Perhaps staff was overwhelmed. Not sure I would make return visit.

We made a reservation for four people, there were only two towels in the room. We took our kids to the pool, there were no clean towels in the pool and the dirty towels were overflowing in the bins. There was trash in the refrigerator and in the windowsill of the room. We asked for change during check-in and the clerk was extremely rude and wanted to know why we needed the change. We went to the hotel bar to get a glass of wine and eventually walked away because the two people behind the bar were overwhelmed by the ten customers in the bar. There were also several other people behind the bar who were apparently incapable of helping the bar tenders. I don't know what they were doing. Room service came to clean the room at 9am, we had just woke up after a late night from traveling the day prior.

I traveled with a group and had several issues. Rooms with no AC, minimal to no bath towels. Checked in at 9:00 PM and cleaning staff walked in at the same time as I was walking in so they could clean the restroom. Room service order took so long I had to cancel it. One of my group said room service staff was rude to her in general. Valet told us to get our own vehicle.

Check in/check out is horrible. Front desk attendants leave and stay gone. There isn't any speed sbout it. Expect to wait at least an hour in line. Also, there is no information whatsoever about the check in/check out process and that would be strongly beneficial to people who have never reserved a room and don't know what to do.

The Hotel itself was great ! The only areas that could use some adjusting are the Valet Staff and for the amount of people that this hotel can hold it needs more elevators ! The wait time for the elevators is ridiculous ! The customer service reps were great and the hotel itself is beautiful .

The hotel was very nice and clean as well as the room. The Bed and pillows were really comfortable so much so that I now have down feather pillows.

The staff in all departments was excellent. We travelled with our 2 dogs and the staff was lovely to them. The house keeper was very helpful when I couldn't get the door to unlock (pull handle up). She also was pleasant every time i met her in the hall during our 3 night stay. The food was good but over priced. Parking is either $26 a day or a nightmare, so be aware. The room was a delight. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The room was spotless.
