It's the perfect for sampling fine wines from our selection of beautifully crafted decanters. With bar seating for eight, an intimate wine bar with seating for 25, and an outdoor area overlooking the lake, Decanter by Haut-Brisson offers a variety of experiences, including sampling exquisite aged cognacs and fine cigars.

Chinese teas served include Royal Pu'er Tea, Ginseng, Oolong, King Tie Guan Yin, Jasmine, and Chamomile. International teas include specialty teas from Germany. We also serve classic chai, herbs & ginger, and apple tea. In the afternoons from 2:30 - 5:30pm, enjoy afternoon tea with smoked salmon sandwiches, sweet potato scones, tuna and cucumber in mini croissants, bacon cookies, crème horns, Victoria sponge cake, and green tea tiramisu.

Few experiences rival dinner al fresco (when the season allows) or with a view of the resort’s shimmering man-made lake from Yan Ting, our 138-seat restaurant with a Chinese menu executed by a master Chef. Chef prepares an exciting array of authentic Cantonese, Sichuanese, Hunanese and TanFu cuisine, including such delicacies as double boiled sea cucumber with Tibetan mushrooms and wok-fried egg white with bird’s nest and caviar.
A dramatic entrance with wood-lattice doors leads to the main dining room and five private dining rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and seating for 6 to 20 guests. The restaurant's design is one of understated elegance with Chinese motifs and polished wood floors adorned with wool area rugs. White tablecloths and colors of gold, bronze, and taupe accent the comfortable seating.

With the freshest produce and finest ingredients available, our team of chefs cook in full view, turning out delectable dishes from five different stations, including pasta, pizza and noodles; a rotisserie; spring rolls and Chinese carving; wok-fried seafood, and a colorful vegetable station.

The restaurant's dramatic design surrounds guests with high ceilings, warm woods, and whitewashed walls accented with splashes of vibrant color. Wooden tables with white tablecloths, upholstered chairs and banquettes lined with pillows provide a comfortable, convivial setting. Rich Tibetan motifs, including a series of captivating paintings of yaks running in the snows of the Himalayas adorn the walls.
The restaurant seats 80 guests and features a private dining room with seating for 10.
