The restaurant's dramatic design surrounds guests with high ceilings, warm woods, and whitewashed walls accented with splashes of vibrant color. Chinese teas served include Royal Pu'er Tea, Ginseng, Oolong, King Tie Guan Yin, Jasmine, and Chamomile. International teas include specialty teas from Germany. We also serve classic chai, herbs & ginger, and apple tea. In the afternoons from 2:30 - 5:30pm, enjoy afternoon tea with smoked salmon sandwiches, sweet potato scones, tuna and cucumber in mini croissants, bacon cookies, crème horns, Victoria sponge cake, and green tea tiramisu.

With bar seating for eight, an intimate wine bar with seating for 25, and an outdoor area overlooking the lake, Decanter by Haut-Brisson offers a variety of experiences, including sampling exquisite aged cognacs and fine cigars.
