Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel has connecting rooms in the Deluxe, Grand Deluxe and Luxury Suite categories. Please request connecting rooms at the time of the reservation or contact the hotel prior to arrival. Connecting rooms are limited so advance notice is preferable.
Extra Bedding Policy
It the hotel's pleasure to offer an extra bed upon request. Since maximum occupancy for any room is three adults or two adults and one child, guests must request a rollaway bed for the third person, if needed. The hotel is pleased to arrange a complimentary crib for a second child who is less than two years old. If the second child is older than two years old, guests are asked to book two rooms.
Rollaway bed charges are as follows: children $30 USD; children 17 years and younger are included in parents' room if using existing bedding. A rollaway bed for guests 18-plus is $75 USD per night.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (18 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds may incur extra charges; cribs are included in the cost of the room.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals are confirmed upon availability. The charges may change depending on the arrival time. Please contact the Reservations team at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
Early Departure Policy
For any early departures, the hotel will charge one night. This may not apply for corporate contracted argeements.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Late Checkout Policy
The hotel is pleased to accommodate late checkouts upon request and based on availability. Extra charges may be applicable.
The checkout time for Starwood Preferred Guests with Gold, Platinum or VIP membership levels is 4pm.
The hotel is pleased to offer six ADA compliant guest rooms. In addition, all public areas, including the Remède Spa are designed to easily accommodate disabled guests. The Concierge Desk is always available to help facilitate any special arrangements.
We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 18 years of age.
We are delighted to welcome pets to our hotel. We permit one dog or cat (8kg/18lbs or less) per room and provide an array of amenities for their comfort. Guests are required to sign a waiver at check-in and a non-refundable cleaning fee of 75 USD per day will apply. We kindly ask that guests observe the following regulations when traveling with their pets:
Please utilize the 'Dog in Room' door hanger at all time.
All pets must be kept on a leash when outside the room.
Pets are not permitted in the resort’s restaurants, the Spa, Children’s Club, Fitness Center or the Meeting Rooms.
The hotel requests that all non-local residents please present a valid passport or visa upon check in.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Government regulations require the hotel to ask non-hotel guests visiting or accompanying in-house guests after 10pm to check in at the front desk and show valid identification.
The hotel has smoking rooms and they must be requested at time of the reservation. In addition, there are some public areas and terraces where smoking is permitted.
A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy and smokes in a non-smoking guest room or in a non-smoking public area.
Check Acceptance Policy
Personal checks are not accepted.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
