Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available with select Premium Deluxe Arno River View Rooms, Junior Suites with Arno River views, and Suites. To request connecting rooms, please contact the internal reservations department.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer rollaway beds upon request (for a fee). Cribs are available at no charge. The hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers, or pillows with our cribs. Guests must bring their own.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
The maximum occupancy for most room types is three persons (including children). The Deluxe and Deluxe Arno river view rooms have a maximum occupancy of two people. Deluxe Singles are for single occupancy only.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Early Arrival Policy
To guarantee a room for early arrival the next day, we request that you book the room for the night prior. Please make your request as early as possible, to ensure availability.
Early Departure Policy
While we are pleased to accommodate early departures, they are subject to a fee dependent on rate terms and conditions.
All guests are required to present ID at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late checkouts upon request and subject to availability. Fees may apply.
We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 18 years old.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy

Corporate Rates Policy
Corporate rates are intended for business travel purposes only. A valid employee ID, business card, or company credit card is required at check-in. If proof of eligibility cannot be provided, the best available rate at the time of check-in will be applied to the reservation.
Package Handling Policy
We are pleased to store freight for our guests.
The hotel is delighted to welcome pets to the property. We permit one dog (18kg/40lbs or less) per room and provide the following amenities for their comfort: a dog bowl, bed, mat, and a Pet Welcome Kit.
We ask that all dogs be kept on a leash when outside the room, and we do not permit pets in the hotel's meeting rooms or restaurants. Animals other than dogs are accepted at the discretion of the general manager.
Visa and passport information is required at check-in. This information will be registered with the front desk and provided to the police.
Health & Well-Being Policies
We can accommodate requests for both smoking and non-smoking guest rooms. Per Italian law, smoking is not permitted in in the common areas inside the hotel.

Credit Card Policy
A valid credit card must be presented at check-in. Hotel does not provide cash advances.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
We are pleased to accept gift certificates and will do our best to accommodate guest's requested dates for redemption. However, requested dates will be subject to availability at time of booking, unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate.
Based on the law 2015, No. 898, approved by the Council of Ministers, the hotel cannot accept payments in cash for amounts greater than or equal to 3,000 EUR.
