Rated 5 out of 5 by Treated Family I treated my sister and fiance to a great week at the St Regis. Started off by having my sister picked up at the airport gate to an amazing suite upgrade. Thanks St Regis for treating us like royalty. What more can I say about this hotel that I have not said before just outstanding. PS the new lounge in the lobby downstairs is just perfect. Rated 5 out of 5 by Wow! A very special thank you to Nattadej and the whole Front Office team, who went above and beyond to make our stay really memorable and pleasant. I never felt so incredibly welcome and valued as a guest in any hotel I've ever stayed in, including the numerous luxury hotels. Keep up the fantastic work! The hotel is very conveniently located with quick access to public transport (BTS access on 1st floor). Appealing modern design from entry lobby over 12th floor reception area and food outlets to rooms/suites and other public areas (e.g. gym, rooftop pool). Food outlets and room service are excellent and there are many complimentary or reasonably priced evening activities, tastings and receptions ongoing. Breakfast spread and quality in the VIU restaurant were among the best I've seen. We can also highly recommend the "Zuma" Japanese restaurant on the ground floor (not sure if directly affiliated with the hotel, as it seems not to be mentioned on the hotel website, but room charge was no problem). Our room was an amazing suite with a large living room, 1.5 bathrooms including walk-in rain-shower and a big bathtub, and very comfy bed. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout the stay with great attention to detail. Very much looking forward to our next visit! June 28, 2016

What makes me feel really warm is the detailed service from the hotel staff, they pay attention to all your needs, give suggestions, remember your name, try to make the stay perfect, just very detailed and very warm. Rated 5 out of 5 by Best hotel in Bangkok St. Regis Bangkok really carries the brand well and it totally reflects the essence of top hotel service both in the spg group as well as the industry. Very attentive to needs and has very good recognition of elite members . Bangkok has probably the widest selection of spg brands and perhaps all flagship hotel brands in the world. However after the first stay in st Regis Bangkok when it was first opened, I never feel the urge to try out any other hotel in Bangkok . My only suggestion is probably the spread and quality of the breakfast, otherwise, it's excellent. June 15, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by My home in Asia I have stayed a dozen times at the St Regis Bangkok and I consider it my home in Asia. I write from the perspective of a Starwood Platinum and a frequent guest. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. I have been upgraded to a suite nearly 80% of the time but more recently the percentage has slipped a bit as general economic conditions have improved in Bangkok and the hotel is busier. I am a big fan of the view of the Royal Spots Club...a green oasis is the middle of the city and I have gotten to the point that I would rather have a deluxe room with that view than a suite on the backside of the hotel. I have always taken the breakfast amenity as it is well done and a great variety of western and asian choices.I have found that if you don't see something in the buffet the staff will make a concerted effort to get it to you if possible. In the evening there is a wine reception for Platinum members. The staff has happily substituted a martini in place of the wine and there is an assortment of appetizers. Sometimes it becomes a light dinner. The butler service is very good and I usually have them bring me tea everyday as well as an occasional shoeshine. One of the nice amenities of the hotel is that they launder four pieces of clothing at no charge everyday. I am sure many of us have stayed in hotels where the laundry charges are almost as much as what your paid for the a very nice benefit. The workout area is good and the pool area nice although it sometimes gets crowded. To me the best thing about the hotel is that it is connected to the BTS transit system on the second floor of the hotel. I have friends who have gone to Bangkok and stayed at some of the upscale hotels near the river. While there they use taxi's to get around and often spend an hour to go to a single destination. Seldom do they come back to Bangkok. The BTS is fast, easy to navigate, and well air-conditioned. The Siam Paragon Mall is two minutes away and the river is ten minutes [4 stops]. If I am traveling light and coming into Bangkok during rush hour I have used the Airport Express train and connected to the BTS. If you are staying more than 48 hours I would recommend you got to the cashiers office at the BTS station and get a "Rabbit Card" and load some Baht on it and travel the system. The St Regis is also in a good location if you are a "foodie". The current number one rated restaurant in Asia is a short walk away and many of the other great restaurants are close by. I have always found the service at the St Regis to be of a very high level although I might be biased because I have come to know quite a few staff members. I think the St Regis in Bangkok is a real gem. June 13, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by The most amazing Starwood I've stayed at What an amazing way to start my 2 weeks in Thailand. I'm ecstatic I was able to start my journey in Thailand at the St. Regs Let's start with the Welcome service. I was greeted with a superb drink. Staff was extremely friendly. Since I am a SPG Gold, they were kind enough to upgrade me to an enhanced room with an incredible view of Bangkok. Next I went to the pool on Floor 15 which I was met with a cool and refreshing Infinity pool. The fitness center has incredible equipment with another amazing view. The Breakfast at Viu was to die for. I couldn't believe all of the delicious food I was able to enjoy at the Breakfast Buffet. Thank you, St Regis Bangkok for setting up my trip to such an amazing start. It was worth every penny. June 7, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Overall Excellent Start with the con: outdoor pool too small and not as grand as we thought. Otherwise, everything else is excellent. Loves the customer services, very helpful and quick to give a hand on anything. Loves the location which is near to few main attractions, shopping, and BTS at doorstep. Recognition to Starwood upon checkin. Nothing to fault on, totally enjoy every minute during our 3 days stay. May 31, 2016
