Rated 3 out of 5 by Not Worth It Anymore This is the fourth time staying at this hotel and it's showing it's age. First off, this is the first St.Regis property where two twins beds were pushed together where I had to sleep in the crack in the middle. So after the first night, I went down and asked for a featherbed or pillow top to be placed on the bed as it was too hard, which is also something I never experienced at a St. Regis. So the next day they put what can only be described as a thickened sheet underneath which still left me sleeping in the crack in the middle. The bathroom was nice but the untitled part is in serious need of a painting and the shower was designed for a midget which was smaller than a phone booth. Platinum apparently means nothing here as being on the fourth floor didn't seem like an upgrade to me. April 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful Stay My husband and I stayed at the St Regis Rome for 8 days in March 2014. The room we had was lovely, the hotel was in beautiful shape and the staff were excellent. We ate twice in the main room (Vivendi was closed) and the food was excellent. Also the dining room staff need special mention as they were extremely helpful and professional. I cant remember the name of the gentleman who served us both times but his recommendations were perfect. April 11, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Grand Hotel with minor deficiencies No tea/coffee making facilities available in the room. Asking the butler for this incurs an additional charge. April 4, 2014
