An urban oasis awaits you at The Westin Hefei Baohe, located in the city of Hefei in Anhui Province. Flanked by the Yangtze River and Huaihe River leading into Lake Chao, Hefei combines natural beauty with the colorful energy of a major metropolis.
The hotel is part of a retail mall complex in the city’s thriving commercial district, just two kilometers from municipal government offices, including the Anhui Provincial Government Office and the Hefei Municipal Government Office.
We’re happy to help organize tours for guests to see some of the city’s best attractions, from the Mingjiao Buddhist Temple to the bustling Shangye Buxing Jie—the street where Qing Dynasty military leader Lu Hongzhang’s home is located.
Natural beauty abounds in Hefei, from the enchanting willow trees and lily ponds of Baohe Gongyuan to the green expanses of Xiaoyaojin Park. Baohe Gongyuan is home to Lord Bao’s Tomb, built in 1066 to commemorate the iconic government official Bao Zheng. Xiaoyaojin, also known as Leisure Fort Park, is Hefei’s largest park and the site where the historical Battle of Hefei took place. Museum lovers can visit the Anhui Provincial Museum and view its bronze exhibit, Huizhou-style architecture, and Han tomb engravings.
