Indoors, lounge sofas and tables combine to create a relaxed atmosphere, which is complemented by the accommodating menu. Along with an extensive selection of creative coffees, restorative teas, and herbal infusions, the bar is pleased to offer Starwood Wines of the World. These specially selected wines are produced by family-owned companies without the use of noxious substances and preserved with the "le verre de vin" vacuum system. Organic or biodynamic brands are highlighted on the wine list, and a selection of cocktails is also available.
Nightly, a live pianist or four-piece live band—playing an array of modern, classical, jazz, and contemporary hits—take the stage. On Friday, the bar also offers a restorative UNWIND event. Starting at 7pm, it features free-flow wines and the chef’s selection of tapas.

The expansive menu focuses on seasonal, high quality ingredients that appear throughout the à la carte menus and buffets. Start your day with frozen yoghurt teppanyaki or energizing SuperFoodsRx™, such as steel-cut oatmeal and banana brulee. Or head to the omelet, pancake, or French toast stations, where a live chef customizes each creation.

Entrée-size offerings debut at the BBQ station and range from rock lobster and snow fish to Australian beef tenderloin and lamb cutlets.
In addition to the à la carte children’s menu filled with favorites, we offer a 50% discount on buffet prices for children under 12 years old. Weekly, at Sunday brunch, we also present a magician, face painting, and a bouncing castle. During the brunch, children under 10 are complimentary when accompanied by two adults.

Brushed bronze lighting fixtures and aged bronze ceiling enhance the inviting ambiance.
The cuisine and décor become one at the sushi bar, Teppanyaki, and charcoal grills—and in the live kitchen, where chefs prepare epicurean creations.
