Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
We are happy to accommodate requests for connecting rooms when available, but cannot guarantee availability in advance.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who leave prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged an early departure fee of one night’s room rate plus tax. Prepaid and third-party reservations are nonrefundable and cannot be changed without forfeiting the full deposit.
Early Arrival Policy
Standard check-in time is 3pm. Early check-in requests are accepted but are subject to availability. To guarantee a check-in before 3pm, please include the previous night in your reservation.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Valid government-issued photo identification is required upon check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
When available, a courtesy late checkout of 1pm may be granted. Checkouts after 1pm will result in a half day's room charge, and checkouts after 5pm will result in a full day's room charge.
No after-parties are allowed. All persons staying in a suite must be registered guests and must not exceed the number of guests allowed in each suite. There will be a disturbance fee of $300 per room charged for any noise disturbance caused to other guests. An authorization form will be required at check-in.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
We welcome all dogs less than 40 lbs to stay at the hotel provided that guests sign a waiver at check-in. We reserve the right to charge the guest's credit card a fee for any additional cleaning, excessive damage, or noise complaints.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Cash or a major credit card can be accepted as payment; however, a valid credit card is required at check-in. The card holder must be present in order for the hotel to accept a credit card for payment.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are located outside the hotel. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
