Hotel Policies

Weekends last longer at Westin with late checkout on Sunday. Availability may vary.

ADA Policy

The hotel is compliant with ADA. Wheelchair accessible ADA compliant guest rooms are available. ADA rooms with roll-in-showers are based on availability.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Check Cashing Policy

Check cashing services are available for Gold and Platinum Starwood Preferred Guest members who present a valid, major credit card along with photo identification. There is a limit of $300 per week (stay).

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are available on a request only basis. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee of $50 applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. 24-hour notice is required to avoid this penalty.

Late Checkout Policy

Based on availability, late checkout after 12pm is possible for a fee. For guests checking out after 6pm, the fee will be one full night's room rate plus tax.

No Party Policy

Hotel has a no party policy on sleeping floors and in the Suites. For gatherings and parties, you may contact the hotel's Catering Department for rates on space rental.

Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

Pet Policy

Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. There is no pet fee and other pets are not permitted. A pet waiver must be signed at check-in.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy

Third Party Credit Card – The hotel does not accept credit card authorization. A non-guest who wishes to pay for a reservation should send a check payable to the hotel 30 days prior to guest arrival. Confirmation numbers should be noted on the check.

Reservation Policy

For each room, the names of all guests must be on the reservation at time of check-in. Photo identification and a valid credit card or other form of payment are also required to complete the check-in process.
