Extra Bedding Policy
One extra bed can be added to Crown Studio Rooms, Grand Studios, Executive Suites and Signature Suites..Additional charge apply. Please request extra bedding at the time of the reservation.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (12 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
The maximum occupancy per room is three adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Early Arrival Policy
The hotel check-in time is 3pm. Early check-ins are subject to room availability at the time of arrival. To confirm check-in before 3pm, please reserve the previous night.
Early Departure Policy
Early departures will incur a fee equivalent to one night's charge at the best available rate for the day.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver's license, passport, and/or proof of age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Children under 16 years of age must present an Identification card or Hu Kou Ben document upon check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
If late checkout is before 6pm, guests will be charged half of the best available rate for the day; if after 6pm, the charge is one night at the best available rate for the day.
Due to local regulations, pets are not allowed in the hotel. Service animals are allowed.

Check Acceptance Policy
Corporate and personal checks are not accepted.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Third party payment is accepted. The guest must complete a third party payment authorization form and send it back to the hotel with front and back copy of the credit card before arrival.
Bank transfers are also accepted. Please contact the hotel directly for transfer details before sending funds. The bank transfer funds must be received at least 5 days before guest's arrival. In the event funds are not received by the hotel, the guest will have to settle the bill.
