As a villa resort, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits, including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4pm late checkouts, and Your24. In addition, due to limited restaurants, bars, and room service, some elite welcome amenities are not available.
Regarding Free Night Awards:
Reservations may be booked only within 365 days of arrival.
Inventory may be limited, and blackout dates may apply during special events.
Starpoints® acquired through conversion of a vacation ownership interest may not be redeemed for Free Night Awards at a Sheraton Vacation Club or Westin Vacation Club villa resort.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
A Studio Villa and a One-Bedroom Villa connect to create a Two Bedroom Villa. In order to guarantee connecting rooms, please book a Two Bedroom Villa room type. This is the only combination of connecting rooms available and is subject to availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
We are happy to offer rollaway beds upon request for an additional fee of 15 USD plus tax per night.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
We invite you to check in after 4 p.m., and request that you check out before 10 a.m., Hawaii Standard Time (HST). However, if your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your security, keys will only be given to the individual with the reservation unless other arrangements have been made.
Early Departure Policy
Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay booked. Should you decide to check-out prior to the confirmed departure date for any reason, an early departure fee may be imposed.
Late Checkout Policy
Standard check-out time is 10am. Late checkout may be offered for a fee. Please check availability with the front desk on the day prior to your scheduled departure.
Should you need to take advantage of our universally accessible villas, please inform us when you make your reservations.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older.
In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property, with the exception of pets that may be covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act. We encourage you to leave your pets at home when traveling to Hawai‘i because of the strict air travel and quarantine requirements in Hawai‘i.
Health & Well-Being Policies
A boardwalk attached to the resort provides convenient access to the beach. Be reminded that the natural beauty of Hawai‘i's beaches may be accompanied by adverse ocean conditions that require you to act with caution to avoid injury. The beach in front of The Westin Ka‘anapali Ocean Resort Villas is public property and is not controlled or patrolled by the resort, and there are no lifeguards. For daily surf, ocean conditions and warnings, please consult the information boards located near the beach walk or ask one of our Recreation Staff.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification and have an American Express Card. There is a limit of $50 per day.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
