Early Arrival Policy
Check-in time is 3pm. Early arrival is subject to room availability. Check-in before 9am results in a charge of 100% of the quoted room rate provided rooms are available. For guaranteed early check-in, the hotel will block the room one day before and apply one night charge based on the quoted room rate.
Extra Bedding Policy
Guests may request an extra bed when making reservations. One rollaway bed can be added for a fee to all rooms by adding a third adult.
Gift Certificate Policy
Please call hotel directly to book a room using a gift certificate. Guests must fax or email a copy of their gift certificate at the time of booking and are required to present the original certificate upon check-in.
ID Requirement Policy
All guests checking into the hotel are required to show valid, government-issued, photo ID or a passport as well as a credit card or cash for payment.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 12pm. Late checkout is available at an additional charge. A half day room charge will be applied if checkout time is between 12pm and 6pm. One night's room rate will be applied for checkout after 6pm.
Pets are not allowed.
The hotel accepts cash, credit card, local company checks and bank transfers as forms of payments; however, a credit card must always be presented upon check-in. Please contact the hotel directly if a credit card authorization form is needed or if payment will be in the form of a bank transfer or a check from a local company.
Guest rooms are divided into smoking and non-smoking options. Please note that smoking is not allowed in any indoor public areas, including meeting spaces and dining venues.
