The hotel facilities are wheelchair accessible. There are 4 available wheelchair accessible Deluxe guest rooms which are subject to availability.
In addition, the hotel has one wheelchair which is also subject to availability.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older in order to reserve and check in to a room.
Check Cashing Policy
No personal checks are accepted.
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of 100 EUR plus tax may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fully prepaid and non-refundable reservations will not receive a refund for unused portions of the stay. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
Early check-in is available; however, it is subject to room availability.
- For early check-in from 9am - 12pm, 90 EUR + 10% VAT will be applied to the reservation.
- For early check-in from 12pm - 2pm, 40 EUR + 10% VAT will be applied to the reservation.
Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of one extra bed or cot is allowed per room. A Heavenly Crib® is provided upon request, free of charge. A maximum of one crib per room is allowed. Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guests must bring their own.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly by phone Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm or by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is available; however, it is subject to availability.
- For late checkout until 3pm, a fee of 40 EUR + 10% VAT will be applied to the reservation.
- For late checkout from 3pm to 6pm, a fee of 90 EUR + 10% VAT will be applied to the reservation.
A maximum of one dog is allowed in a guest room. No other pets are permitted. For dogs under 18 kilograms, there is no additional fee. For dogs over 18 kilograms, a daily fee of 30 EUR will apply. The hotel must be notified about the pet at the time of reservation. Pets must remain in the guest room and are not allowed in public areas of the hotel. A Heavenly® Dog Bed will be provided and a liability waiver must be signed at check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
The Guest ID/passport name must match with the credit card that is used to settle the folio.
Direct payment:: The debit or credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Prepayment: prepayment credit card should match the guest's credit card. If not, the hotel will need an authorization form from the person who is paying for the room. If it is not provided, the hotel will refund the amount to the card and charge it directly to the guest.

Wellness Center Admittance Policy
The indoor therapy pool is available for guests 18 years and older; children are not permitted. Daily access is included in your room rate. Use of the gym and kinesis area is also free of charge.
All guest rooms and indoor public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 EUR cleaning fee will be
charged to any guest who violates this policy. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces and in the Mediterranean garden outside the hotel.
Voucher Acceptance Policy
Vouchers are accepted.
The hotel offers a waitlist. Please call or email email@example.com to be placed on the waitlist. Guests should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
