Guest Room Renovations Until March 31, 2016

Temporary Athletic Club Hours of Operation: Feb. 8 - March 9
From February 8 through March 9, 2016, the Hamilton Lakes Athletic Club hours of operation will be 5:30am to 9pm. Please contact the hotel for additional information.
Weekends last longer at Westin with late checkout on Sunday. Availability may vary.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $50 per day.
Gift Certificate Policy
A variety of gift certificates are available: overnight stay w/breakfast, overnight stay w/dinner credit of $100 w/breakfast, we offer monetary value certificates. Please call hotel and ask for the sales department. (630) 773-4000 ext.1278.
There is a 10 USD per night facility fee. The facility fee includes: one bottled of water, local and 800 phone calls, overnight self parking and daily newspaper Monday through Friday. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Dogs weighing 40 pounds or less are permitted. At the time of check-in, guests must notify the Front Desk of the pet and must sign a pet friendly waiver. If there are any disturbances and the owner is not able to be contacted, a penalty will be imposed. Guests are responsible for any damages and cleaning required. Dogs are not permitted in food and beverage areas. Available amenities include The Heavenly® Dog Bed, food and water bowls with floor mat, dog in room sign and Heavenly Dog Bed welcome kit.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
Purchase orders are not accepted.
