The resort has two wheelchair accessible rooms with roll-in shower. In addition, the resort offers accessible parking spaces and a wheelchair-accessible courtesy shuttle.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 25 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve and check-in to a room. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Check Cashing Policy
No personal cheques accepted without prior credit approval. Please contact the resort for further information.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are not available. However, adjacent Premier Rooms can be arranged (subject to availability). For guests who prefer to share accommodations, each Luxury Villa features two bedrooms.
Early Departure Policy
If allowed by a rate plan, a guest may change a departure date before arrival or at check-in. An early departure fee may be charged to a guest who departs before the scheduled departure date that is confirmed at check-in.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals are accepted for a fee. Arrivals before 8am will be charged the full room rate for the previous night. Arrivals between 8am and 12pm will be charged 50% of the room rate.
Family Plan Policy
Children six and younger sleep for free in existing room bedding. There is a fee for children six years of age and above. Additional charges may apply for meals, rollaways, child rollaways and cribs as well.
A government approved ID is required at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts are based on availability and are subject to an hourly fee.
No pets are allowed.
