ADA Policy

The hotel and guest rooms have disability access. Please contact Service Express to set up TDD equipment and wheelchair rental or availability. 

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to register for a room.

Babysitting/Child Care Policy

Babysitting and child care is available through an outside agent.  Please contact the hotel for further information.

Check Cashing Policy

Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of 500 USD per day.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are available upon request basis only and cannot be guaranteed. All connecting rooms are king to two doubles within the same room class. Please contact prior to your arrival.

Credit Card Policy

The hotel does not accept 3rd party paid by credit card. Credit card holder must be present to accept credit card as a form of payment. Otherwise, guest may have payment wired or transferred by bank.

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 100% of the confirmed length of stay. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Early Arrival Policy

Early check-in can be accommodated upon request, based on availability.

Extra Bedding Policy

Some rooms and suites will accommodate 1 or 2 rollaways. The hotel will charge 200 RMB +15% service charge per extra bed per night. Subject to availability.

Family Plan Policy

Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room.

Gift Certificate Policy

To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.

ID Requirement

A valid passport or photo ID is required for check-in.

Late Check-Out Policy

The late check-out fee is 100 CNY per hour prior to 6pm on the check-out date; 100% of the room rate will be charged if guests check-out after 6pm.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Payment Information

In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.

Smoking Policy
