Disability Access Policy
Disability access is available throughout the hotel. Please contact Service Express to set up TDD equipment and wheelchair rental or availability.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
The hotel does not offer babysitting services.
Check Cashing Policy
No personal checks are accepted. Travelers checks are accepted, with a valid identification. Other conditions may apply.

Credit Card Policy
Credit card authorization forms are not accepted.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate and fees may be applied if you check out prior to the scheduled departure date.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is subject to availability upon check-in and should be requested in advance if possible. Guests requesting guaranteed early arrival must reserve a room for the previous night.
Extra Bedding Policy
Guests are allowed a maximum of one extra rollaway bed per room, for a fee.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 12pm. Guests may request late checkout up to 6pm for a 50% room charge. An additional one night's room rate will be charged for checkouts after 6pm, subject to availability.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
The hotel accepts cash, credit cards, checks from local companies, and bank transfers as forms of payment. Overseas credit cards must be presented upon check-in. Local credit cards can only be authorized on-site. The hotel does not accept third-party credit card authorizations for payment.
Smoking is permitted in designated areas throughout the hotel. The 30, 31 and 35 floors are dedicated smoking floors. All other floors are non-smoking.
