Accessibility Policy

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Check Acceptance Policy

No personal checks are accepted. American Express Traveler's checks are accepted with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms may be requested and are subject to availability at check-in.

Extra Bedding Policy

Rollaway beds are available upon request, subject to availability. Due to space limitations, only suites can accommodate extra beds. Cribs are available for our younger guests and are included in the room rate.

Gift Certificate Policy

To redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly. Guests must fax or email a copy of their gift certificate at the time of booking and are required to present the original certificate upon check-in.

ID Requirement Policy

All guests checking into the hotel are required to show a valid, government-issued, photo ID or passport.

Late Checkout Policy

Late checkout is available and subject to availability. For checkout before 6pm, 50% of one night's room rate will apply. Checkout after 6pm will incur one night's room rate.

Occupancy Policy

A maximum of three adults can be allowed in any guest room.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Payment Policy

The hotel accepts payments of cash, credit card, bank transfers, Alipay and traveler's checks with valid identification.

Credit card and company guarantees are accepted and must be arranged before arrival. Company guarantee letters must clearly state the company will guarantee the reservation and pay the first night accommodation fee if the guest fails to check-in. The guarantee letter must appear on company letterhead.

Smoking Policy

We offer both smoking and non-smoking rooms. Guests who smoke in a non-smoking guest room will be charged a 200 USD cleaning fee. Public areas of the hotel are non-smoking, however smoking is permitted in Qba and in outdoor areas.
