Accessibility Policy

The hotel offers disabled accessible guest rooms based on request at the time of booking. Please contact Service Express® to set up TDD equipment and for wheelchair rental or availability.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older with valid photo identification.

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Check Policy

Personal checks are not accepted. Company and travelers’ checks are valid forms of payment.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are offered and subject to availability at the time of check-in. Guests should make requests at the time of booking.

Early Departure Policy

Guests are asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in. Guests who checkout prior to their scheduled departure date may incur a fee.

Early Arrival Policy

Early arrival is subject to room availability at the time of check-in. Check-ins before 7am will result in a charge of 100% of the quoted room rate. To guarantee early check-in, guests must reserve the room for the night prior.

Extra Bedding Policy

The hotel is pleased to provide one rollaway bed or crib per room. Cribs are included in the cost of the room while rollaway beds are available for a nightly fee.

Family Plan Policy

Room rates include the accommodation of children (12 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

Gift Certificate Policy

Please call the hotel directly to book a room using a gift certificate. Guests must fax or email a copy of their gift certificate at the time of booking and are required to present the original certificate upon check-in.

ID Requirement

Valid identification is required at the time of check-in for Chinese residents. Passports are required for all international travelers.

Late Checkout Policy

The hotel offers late checkout based on availability. For checkouts after 2pm, 50% of the room rate will apply; after 6pm, one night's room rate will be charged.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

Payment Policy

The hotel accepts cash, credit cards, local company checks, Alipay, and bank transfers as forms of payment; however, a credit card must always be presented upon check-in. Please contact the hotel directly if a credit card authorization form is needed or if payment will be in the form of a bank transfer, Alipay, or a check from a local company.

Smoking Policy

Please note that smoking is not allowed in any indoor public area, including meeting spaces, dining venues, and all non-smoking guest rooms. There is a 200 USD fee for any guest who violates this policy.

Visa/Passport Policy

A valid Chinese visa is required for each passport holder upon check-in.

Waitlist Policy

The hotel offers a waitlist for sold-out dates. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guests are asked to provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
