Starwood Preferred Guest Information
As a villa property, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4:00 p.m. late check-outs and Your24. In addition, due to limited restaurants and bars, some elite welcome amenities are not available. Also, in regards to Free Night Awards:
- May only book within 365 days of arrival
- Inventory may be limited
- Starpoints acquired through conversion of a vacation ownership interest may not be redeemed for Free Night Awards at a Starwood Vacation Ownership property.
Through Spring 2014, the resort will be installing a Co-Gen system in phases to produce electricity on site at the resort and reduce its carbon footprint. The resort anticipates minimal guest experience impact and all amenities will remain available for guest use during the installation. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid photo identification.
Connecting Room Policy
Please note that villa connectivity is possible between studio and one-bedroom premium villas only. All connecting rooms are on request and are not guaranteed.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who checkout of the hotel prior to the scheduled departure date will be charged a penalty of 50% of one night's room revenue.
Early Arrival Policy
We invite you to check in after 4pm, Hawai‘i Standard Time, and request that you check out before 10am. However, if your arrival or departure time does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to hold your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your security, keys will only be given to the individual with the reservation unless other arrangements have been made.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to provide rollaway beds. Fees apply; however, guests who are paying an extra person charge will not be charged for a rollaway.
We regret that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property. We also encourage you to leave your pets at home when traveling to Hawai'i due to the island's strict air travel and quarantine requirements.
