I stayed at the hotel 2 weeks in a row and used self parking facilities both the time.
To my surprise, both the weeks, i was also charged for valet parking fees! Good thing i noticed this before submitting the expenses to my company. Otherwise this would have led me to incorrect expense filing inquiries. And when i walked up to the front desk to enquire about it, the response was below par. They could not even give me a reference number or anything for the correction of charges. I had to contact platinum member support and im hoping it will get resolved.

Hotel is great. However, my family opted for the Make a Green Choice program, forgoing maid service. However, my bonus points for this choice were not awarded. This is poor service, and I'll find another hotel next time I am in Cincinnati if this is not rectified.

I have stayed at SPG properties since 2009 and this by far was the worst experience. I had a package delivered to the hotel in advance for meetings. When I arrived the box was no where to be found. Each person I spoke to kept passing me to someone else to the point where they made it seem like it wasn't their business or that the box was shipped to the wrong location. The box ended up in another room and I wasn't able to use any of the items I needed at an event. The manager did try after me speaking to 3-5 people for over an hour but it wasn't until his involvment that he was able to figure out what to do.
At check-out they tried to smooth things over and offered me SPG points which never made it to my account.
Other than that the Westin is pretty basic and has what you need for business travel.
Some members of the valet staff also ask for tips which is unprofessional.
Sadly as a loyal SPG member when I visit Cincinnati I will NOT stay at this Westin again.

Excellent attentive staff at a quite luxurious hotel. Meeting venue was excellent. Accommodations were clean and nice. Quite rooms in downtown Cincinnati. Great place!

I specifically asked for a quiet room and got a room overlooking the fountain on the 16th floor. But the traffic did not stop until midnight and I could not get any sleep. Noise is a deal breaker for me - especially when I specifically asked for a quiet room. The nice gym, furniture, lobby, free apples - frankly - I could not care less if I can't get a good night sleep...

Check in and valet staff were friendly and efficient and our room was very clean and comfortable. My girlfriend and I are night owls, and they happily allowed us a late 1:00pm check out at no charge. We had a great stay and the next time we're in Cincinnati, this hotel will be our first choice.

I stayed here in February and was disappointed with staff recognition of SPG status- in the sense that there was literally none. I was offered an upgrade to a "enhanced room" and then told it would cost $30. In fact, the only reason I chose this hotel was because it was an SPG property.
Once I got into bed, I found a giant hair in my bed. In general the hotel looked like it could use a facelift.
Finally, I wrote the manager directly several weeks ago and was disappointed to not get a reply. I'd go elsewhere if you're looking for a hotel in Cinci.
