Our first time staying with you, were attending a wedding. This hotel was just wonderful. From the moment you walk in the door you felt welcomed. The rooms as the hotel are immaculate and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The shower pressure was wonderful (as isn't always the case in hotels) high end fixtures, luxurious towels and the fact they use green products is an added bonus. We immediately signed up for the rewards program !truly a wonderful stay.

I arrived at the hotel at the tail end of a snow storm. I was greeted and told that the restaurant was serving buffet style dinner only (which I will admit turned out to be outstanding) or only cold sandwiches from room service and that they had had a ton of cancelled reservations. My three main gripes are that despite the hotel being only partially filled, I was still given a room directly adjacent to the elevators on a non SPG Preferred floor. Additionally, roughly 1/4 of the channels on TV were working and there was no option for renting movies. The wireless connectivity was also a joke. I get it, it snowed, but if I'm stuck at the hotel it would have been nice to have some form of viable entertainment.

The hotel had a party on the second floor with LOUD noise and a DJ until 12:30am. I was in a 3rd floor room and it was like I was at the party. It was ridiculous. After complaining, they comped my room but that didnt make up for the lack of sleep and pounding headache. It is ridiculous for the hotel staff to not inform guests of such and to place guest in rooms directly above the party. It is clear from reading other reviews that this is common at this hotel and the management has taken no steps to address the problem which shows a complete lack of respect for the guests. I warn travelers to NOT stay at this hotel.

I'm a repeat customer, and as a platinum SPG member, I usually get a room on the 6th floor. This week, however, I was on the 3rd floor and low and behold, they had extra outlets by the bed!!! I was SO happy and thrilled that they finally realized I want to plug my phones, iPad, etc in near the bed. THANK YOU! Now, if we can just get those on the 6th floor :)

When we arrived, we were greeted by the Doorman - John. He made sure all our needs were met, and escorted us to the front desk and to our rooms, Once in our lovely room, we noticed the heat was too high, and John immediately took care of it and had us in a new room within 10 minutes. We felt very safe and comfortable knowing he was there. He really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The room was lovely with the Heavenly furnishings- perfect! The food at the Blue Morel was outstanding! John was our Bartender and Server and he went above and beyond to please our palettes. We will stay here again and again. Morristown is a fabulous town.

We stayed at the Westin Morristown over the Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. We were greeted at the door by John the bellman who helped us with our bags and assisted us a number of times over our stay. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bathrooms are a little on the small side. The only issue we had was that Friday night was school reunion night and some people were partying a little too hard. We called security and they took care of it.
The hotel is located close to a number of major highways but is in a very quiet area. It is convenient to Morristown center (by car or hotel shuttle) which is a great location with many restaurants, bars and shops.

It is a fine hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The wedding we attended there was a really fine and well run event. The food and service was fine. There was one thing that should be rectifies: On Friday evening upon returning to the hotel the drop off point was a sheet of ice and we needed assistance from our driver to cross it. It should have been salted. We
hen I told the desk clerk he said "Maintenance will take care of it, and I understand nothing was done until an employee slipped and fell on it.

This was a very nice looking, modern hotel. Things were great until I tried to shower before leaving and there was no hot water! The check out person did not seem surprised, even told me there was a problem she knew of. There was no compensation, nothing was done after I took a cold shower on a very cold day.
