The check-in process was not pleasant. The representative was not welcoming. I have arrived early around 10 am and as a platinum member I would expect an upgrade. However the suite was not ready at that time and she was convincing me to accept a regular room since its available. I checked the room that was offered at that time and there is a huge difference I dont know why she was marketing for it. Also, the bill guys asked me to take my luggage myself to my room. Overall they lack customer service. The food in the executive lounge was below average. Finally I didnt feel any special treatment because am platinum

great hotel in great location.Easy transfer if you want to go anywhere in warsaw. Staff very helpful and seervice was very good. Kamil and wojciech from the bar were very good and looked after us. Aleksandra from reception was very helpful. Will definitely return to the westin if going to warsaw again.

First the positives: the location (about 20 minutes walk to old town), the Club Lounge staff
And now the 'not so positives':
1) the tiny rooms with inadequate storage space if you are a tourist and have anything more than a small suitcase
2) lack of communication between the front desk and the parking garage (The electronic ticket gate was not working and the parking was included in the rate so the front desk told us to tell the parking attendant that we had already paid for the parking - problem was that the attendant spoke no English and we spoke no Polish resulting in a 10 minute session of arm waving and 'non-communication' before being finally able to leave the garage (front desk had to come out and intervene)
3) interesting accounting for room reservations (don't know if this is a SPG system bug or staff not knowing how to process multiple reservations) - a week later still trying to get proper stay credit as somehow our reservations for 2 rooms for 2 nights only showed as a 3 night stay credit in their system though we were charged for, and paid for 4 nights

The are three options in Warsaw and normally I take the Sheraton. The Westin is a good alternative though. I'm really into sports and the facilities are excellent like the restaurant.

We were very impressed with the friendliness and help given at the front desk. Anna M. went out of her way to help us get oriented and find what we were looking for in Warsaw. We stayed at the hotel for a week and had a great experience. Anna made sure that we were meeting our travel goals every day. She was always helpful and had a big smile on her face. We felt as if she truly wanted us to have a great time In Warsaw and the hotel.

Great hotel staff offered a very warm welcome on arrival
Close to all local points of interest and easy to find your way to and from hotel
I had a request for a take-away breakfast as we did a daytrip this was no problem and ready at the time told to pick it up .
