Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice hotel Hotel was clean. Nice. Staff worked super hard to accommodate every request. Extra pillows. snacks and drinks. . Plus odd ones from our teens in another room.breakfast was great.. Nice bar too. Something for everyone. You can most definitely walk to old town or the opposite direction to the old soviet building or hard rock. We would stay here again. July 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hotel has a very good service ... and attraction to stay there (centre of Warsaw, 30 min to airport) but could improve in case of wellness (no relax room available in the sauna area) and participation in milage programs (only memebership guarantees milage bonus at M&M) July 7, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Symantec Manager Trip Hello, I am a Manager working for Symantec Limited, and I am based in Dublin and now have employees in Warsaw, therefore, I will be travelling to Warsaw once every 2 - 3 months and will be staying in the Westin Hotel. I would have to mention some issues with my first visit to your Warsaw Hotel - 1 - Upon check-in, I was asked to pay an extra 95 PLN per night for the 16th floor, however, Symantec had already gotten me a free upgrade, so this delayed me checking into my room. 2 - My room was only cleaned twice, and I stayed for 4 nights, I would expect the room to be cleaned on a daily basis. 3 - When I went for breakfast the person at the entrance said I was not listed on the sheet so I would be charged extra for each breakfast. I said no as it was included in my booking, and she did not agree, so I had to go back up to my room and get my booking confirmation to prove to her I was telling the truth. This situation was not very pleasant for me. June 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent room The room was spacious, clean, bright with big windows and beautifully furnished, . The only minor issue regards the darkness of the room. Although curtains are lengthy and thick, still light comes in from above the curtains. I don't know whether sth can be done. Besides that everything was perfect! June 26, 2014
