Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst Hotel Stay Ever In this Hotel I was never recognized as a Platinum Member, was treated badly with the worst room in the whole hotel... had several issues with the staff and my room and at the end got one night overcharged. I can just warn you and will never stay here again. October 28, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Way to much Confusion My Family And I stayed here for my niece's wedding last month, we had a contract with dates and names associated with the reservations but there were numerous errors when we arrived . Because the front desk couldn't find a reservation that was made from the contract I have been overcharged on my Credit card with a no show fee. I have called this location several times, left messages for the accounts department , spoken with management and they have promised to call me back - Still nothing. This is such a disappointing experience . September 12, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very Disappointing I am accustomed to a quality, predictable stay at the Westin. When we arrived we were told that the water at the hotel had been turned off! When we fore warning. It was all downhill from there.... September 10, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by AC needs attention but staff is wonderful Great place to stage guests for a wedding. The only bummer was the air conditioning in multiple units was so NOISY that it disturbed sleep. The staff accommodated us as quickly as possible with alternative rooms - unfortunately one of the room effected was the brides, so her sleep the night before her wedding was negligible. Joseph C. - the valet in charge of the lobby was beyond excellent. He is a tremendous asset to the organization - everything you would want from someone who interfaces directly with guests. Give that man a raise! August 22, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by HORRIBLE WEEKEND When I first checked in Harold the Manager was very rude and nasty. I was apart of a group but didn't have a group discount we were using Star friends discount but I didn't have the form. He said me and my family had to wait until my cousin arrived from New York to check in and I explain to him I had my children waiting and we had a long drive. He did not care and with an attitude he moved on to the next customer. Next, All seven reservations was in my name and there was a problem with everyone's check in. He charged my card for my cousins room, I was charged for a room like one of the guest didn't arrive, he checked my brother into my mothers room and gave him a key. Thank GOD he wasn't a stranger he could have stolen all of my mothers personal items. One of the elevators was out of order and my bath tub knob came off and the refrigerator didn't work. When we went to breakfast they charged everyone the regular price to my room. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I would never stay here again. I forgot to mention we stayed Fri-Sun on Saturday after a long day of having my child's birthday party a Sahara Sams they checked us out and locked every guest out of our rooms we all had to get new keys. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. August 14, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel My room was perfect, the staff (everyone) was friendly and helpful. We used the bar quite a lot and they were helpful, friendly and lots of fun. We also used one of the conference rooms and it was very nice. Thank you May 10, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs Improvement 4-night stay for business. This is my second stay, and I'm looking into alternative hotel options for my next trip to this area. CONS: On both stays, I have had to request another room upon walking into the rooms that I've been initially assigned. Little improvement in the new room on both occasions. Some rooms lack an iron, hangers, and lamps. Cracked mirrors in a number of rooms, stained furniture and bed linens. Definitely understaffed. Rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. Calls to front desk often went unanswered. Staff seems inexperienced. Most responding with an "I don't know," to basic questions. I was told that I should leave the room and connect to Internet by walking down the hallway as a solution to poor wireless coverage in my room. Ridiculous. The only difference between the standard floor and the "SPG Preferred" floor is the mat outside the elevator which identifies the SPG program. PROS: The breakfast buffet is good when included in the nightly rate. No fee for parking a vehicle. Centrally located for Mt. Laurel business areas. April 21, 2016
