Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed Forced to stay at this hotel because we were with a large group. parking was complicated because the valet always had areas and parking spots blocked with cones. navigating around the cones was a pain. check-in/out was smooth until I noticed an internet charge on my invoice. accounting said it is the hotel policy to charge for internet sun-thurs which is ridiculous. they were unwilling to remove the charge. breakfast buffet was over-priced and nothing special. 1 person working the starbucks counter and took forever to get a cup of coffee. pool was under construction. overall a very average experience. glad to have only stayed 2 nights. Rated 1 out of 5 by 4 False alarm in a night on a specific floor Throughout the stay, I was impressed by the service until night of 10/6. On floor 4th, there were 4 false alarms at following times in the night. 1 a.m, 2.30 a.m. 6 a.m. and 7.15 a.m. After the alarm rang for few seconds, I came out twice to see other people contacting the service desk to consider this as false alarm. There was no general update given to notify that it is a false alarm. I have never had such horrid experience ever in my life. October 9, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Basic stuff Few things broke apart as soon as I touch them such as toilet paper holder (it made me feel awkward and uncomfortable) and there was no room service menu book in the room which I requested to deliver and it never came. I had to pick it up by myself at the lobby. Some basic stuff didn't work here. September 25, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great experience I stay at the Westin every week for work. The staff is exceptionally friendly and responsive, and make the stay feel like home. The Blue Fire Grill and the breakfast buffet are also very delicious! September 6, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by The breakfast is to die for! 3 of us stayed together, and the stay was about what you'd expect. What impressed us was the breakfast buffet, which was included within our rate. It was par none, the best hotel breakfast I've had the privilege of eating. August 23, 2016
