Rated 1 out of 5 by Zopiloto A/C did´t work
Checked-in at 1am and after settling-in, we realised the a/c wasn't working properly. The temp came down to 23ºC but no more, despite the thermostat would allow it to be set all the way down to 16ºC
My wife would´t want to go through the hassle of changing rooms in the middle of the night nor have someone from maintenance in the room at that time
In the morning, the responsiveness from the staff was ridiculous, offering a 20% discount after spending half an hour walking several ppl through the situation
I would have expected a hotel of this statue to waive the invoice

Rated 3 out of 5 by HoHum259939 Slipping as a first class destination in Santa Fe
The hotel is slipping in the little things that add up to make me consider other 1st class hotels in Santa Fe. A) was charged Wi-Fi for two nights and night-audit clerk refused to consider a credit while I reviewed my bill at check out (finally had to call front desk internationally to get charged reversed (as free wi-fi was part of my SPG status). B) Room service staff forgot to open my mineral water bottle, but when I asked for credit by emphasizing that I had to go to sleep, instead the RS waiter came up and woke me up twice (once to provide an opener and 30 minutes later to pick up the tray). C) I booked a 80-minute massage to relax. The masseuse was very pleasant, very helpful and tried her best; yet for $130, I was expecting a more technically experienced masseuse who doesn't confuse deep-tissue massage to specific muscles with just pressing down so hard any body parts that she almost strained my knee by pressing down on my foot, (also, the physical appearance of the masseuses is something that is an integral part of the massage and was found wanting as my masseuse was overweight and with a unseemly facial skin condition - shallow comment I know but together with the low quality of the massage it would lead me not to book one at the Westin Santa Fe again) D) every time I showered in my room, the bathroom would get flooded even though I tried adjusting the shower curtain as best I could, F) neither the curtain of the room would close fully (letting light in) and the large gap in the front door allowed the light from the hallway to come in from under and necessitated placing a towel under the front door, E) the exercise balls in the Fitness Gym were so dirty that they stained my work-out clothes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JONOGAR What a great Hotel for business travellers!
I travel to Mexico about 6 to 8 times yearly and I return to this hotel over and over again. It is really a pleasure to be recognized and have a personalized service.
This particular time I travelled with a co-worker who maked his reservation late and the hotel was completely booked, but talking with the Customer Services Manager and the concierge Manager they took special care to find a room for my co-worker.
Hats off!. Thank you very much.

I stayed at the Westin Santa Fe for a 10 day business trip. Beautiful and spacious room. I loved the Market Kitchen restaurant. Great breakfast buffet, awesome flatbreads! Great gym with free water and towels. All staff was friendly. But what I loved most was the attentiveness of the Concierge staff members Raul, Jessie and Edgar. They were super helpful with getting us transportation, calling for reservations at restaurants and just being welcoming and friendly when we came back to the hotel after a long day. They're an amazing asset to this Westin and made our stay special! I would most definitely come back to stay! It was easy to set up trips to Taxco and Teotihuacan on the weekend. There are lots of great restaurants in the vicinity. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MrMole Everybody is well treated
This hotel is excellent, but is useless to be a spg member, they treat you the same. No room upgrade, not even have a room in the spg levels.
The hotel is so good that no problem with the room or hotel itself, but would expect some extra effort for regular spg members.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ganmusic Excellent Stay - But for Asian Vegetarian Options
Overall room space and facilities were pretty good. Close proximity to few good shopping complexes like Samara and Pantaloon malls. Also have lots of local food options for food enthusiasts (Non-Veg).
However, would like to have more vegetarian options for Asians. Simple Indian Recipes (Rice varieties) like Jeera Rice, Natural Curd Rice, Lemon Rice, Coconut Rice etc are great options. Preparation tips are easily available over the Internet. These will make the stay very pleasant. This time we had almost 5 people in our group searching for vegetarian foods outside.
