Rated 5 out of 5 by Anniversary Stay After a long road trip because an accident highway closure we arrived at the hotel around 7 and was very pleased with the friendliness of the front desk. We were also informed that because it was our anniversary they upgraded us to the club floor which was very much appreciated. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We were always met with a smile from whichever staff member we encountered...we will certainly come back September 2, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Beautiful Property - Poor Location and Procedures Stayed for a quick overnight stay connecting to the South Terminal. There is no shuttle service from the hotel to the South Terminal, instead you have to take a taxi there. This is different from any other airport hotel in Vancouver I've stayed at. They also don't pre assign rooms to travelers, so despite being a Platinum guest, I received one of the worst rooms you could have received at the hotel, probably because I checked in quite late. I've also never encountered a Suite upgrade as a Platinum, though I'm not certain if that's the lack of availability, or they choose not to upgrade guests unless explicitly asked during check-in. The rooms are quite amazing for an airport hotel, the restaurant food is extremely good (although there is no chef on-site 24/7, so room service during the night is extremely limited), the staff is amazing, but I feel they are limited to what management has provided. Rated 5 out of 5 by Well appointed hotel and excellent customer service Convenient to the airport. Room appeared to be updated recently...bathroom was quite luxurious. Customer service at the Front Desk was outstanding...graciously assisted us with all of our questions and went out of their way to make sure that all of our needs were met (Patrick and Ann). Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic Service and Stay Stayed here with my wife and 2 year old otw to Whistler. As a gold member go upgraded to a larger room full of windows. Lovely bathroom, very roomy. Hotel was very clean and quiet and staff was fantastic. It is also very close to a 24 hour Chinese restaurant that serves amazing authentic food! Highly recommended! July 11, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great place to relax (birthday treat) I booked one night with my points for my small birthday gathering with some girlfriends. As a gold preferred member, I requested for an upgrade. I have stayed in one bedroom corner suites in this hotel several times in the past with my husband who was a platinum member at the time and I have really enjoyed the experience. This time, even though I couldn't be upgraded to a suite- I was provided with a quiet corner room on 12th floor with a great view of the streets and the nightmarket area. Annee and her front desk team were accommodating. I was able to check in early and check out late the next day. The staff even sent up a bottle of wine, mini macaroons and a hand-written card by Annee to congratulate me for my birthday. I thought that was pretty sweet. when I requested for ice and wine opener at night the staff sent it to my room within a few minutes. service was prompt. No line up to check-in. Parking was easy underground. My room was very clean and I had a great sleep. Best birthday ever! May 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by A home away from home There is something so unique about the comfort you find when you are welcomed and engaged in a manner that is truly sincere and honest. This is the staff at the Westin Wall. They are truly genuine. Every time I enter the hotel I feel calm, knowing I am truly welcome. This is not only the front of house, but the house keeping, maintenance and restaurant staff. In addition, the hotel is impeccable. Rooms are bright, calm and relaxing. I cannot recommend this property more highly. I also commend the people involved in recruiting, training and most importantly retaining those of the staff that help maintain the high standards.
