Rated 2 out of 5 by the worst 5-star hotel I have been stayed. It's my first time stay in The Westin zhoushan resort, very disappointed at here. The first thing I want to complain is the room facilities.I just check in today, and find out there is NO SHAMPOO and NO SHOWER in the whole restroom, and the only conditioner left in the shower room was been someone else used. How come the room cleaner forget to check and refill those necessaries? And the used conditioner makes me sick. What's more, I don't believe those bath products meets a 5-star hotel standard,feels like 3 star motel 's quality standard. The second, i have to complain the service here. After I find out lack shampoo and shower gel. I called the service center to deliver some, I called TWICE, Waited for 27 minutes long! Finally, a nice lady come to deliver those two things. Rated 1 out of 5 by Room not cleaned at all First, many of your beer selections from in-room dining were not served cold as beers should be served. Second, the voucher for lounge bar wasn't offered to me at check-in. It was given to me only when I asked about executive lounge. If the voucher is meant to compensate for the lack of a lounge, I find it strange that the voucher does not cover alcoholic beverages which are commonly offered in a lounge. The most appalling thing is that our room wasn't cleaned at all. When I left the room in the morning I turned off the "do not disburb" sign. When I returned in the evening, the room was exactly the way when I left -- had not been cleaned AT ALL. This is indeed my first -- I had never experienced this even at a budget hotel. Rated 1 out of 5 by This Hotel's soft service is extremely bad, food is not good and the room is facing building construction, very noisy I've asked for a quiet room for study purpose, the room they provided is facing north and there was a construction outside, extremely noisy and they were unable to change to a quieter room for me. I had lunch in one of the restaurant in the hotel, asked for steak. The waiter did not ask how I would like the steak to be cooked. I told one of the waiter I want the steak to be cooked medium. It was well done when I receive it and if I want to change it, it will take me at least half an hour to wait. This is extremely poor service in such a branded five star hotel. I would not recommend any of my families or friends to stay here in the future. I used to stay in Sheraton Zhoushan Hotel, only because this is new hotel under SPG in Zhoushan, so I would give it a try. But this is a very unpleasant stay and I would not come back again. Rated 5 out of 5 by 普陀山附近最好的度假酒店 入住前以及入住中都感受到销售人员专业热情的帮助,特别赞一下Sophia。预定了两间房间,其中一间由于毫无悬念升级到尊贵海景房,另一间家人的房间原本安排在对门山景标房,也不错,但是由于香烟味道太重,经过协调,Gigi帮忙升级到了海景房,意外的惊喜,令家人倍感开心,度假的心情也好了不少。早餐如果再丰富一些,就完美了。水果和海鲜都是非常的新鲜,感觉是刚摘下来的或者刚从海里捕上来的。海滩要收费是一个瑕疵,虽然35元也不是很贵,如果是在一开始不知道这个情况的话,确实会影响整个度假的心情。 August 20, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by 有些不能接受的地方 在办理入住的时候告诉我无双早,因为酒店预定已有半个月时间,而且对威斯汀的信任,虽然有疑惑,但是并没有翻看自己的订单,选择了相信,结果呢,回到家里才发现这是很大的错误?,让人不能接受,。而且房间装修的味道很重,。酒店客房入住率不高,希望延时退房到15点被拒绝,对这些都很失望!当然要表扬实习生帮我们拿行李,笑容特别灿烂! May 15, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by 位置很好,SPA不错 入住时前台向客人交代不周 1、没有交代金会员升级的房型 2、没有交代最晚退房时间,按SPG会员条例,可延迟退房至16:00,但酒店没有说明自己的规定,只在退房当日约13:00左右打电话到房间要求退房,并回应酒店最晚退房时间为14:00,未声明不能16:00退房与任何其他安排有关(如住房紧张等因素),且周日退房,酒店入住率并不高。 3、没有交代客房mini bar的收费情况,客房内也没有menu,退房时才得知mini bar饮品免费 4、外出时House keeping之后,阳台门不关不锁,还好房内物品未有丢失 Heavenly SPA的服务不错,但提供的优惠券并不能用于SPA套餐,如同鸡肋,理疗师手法不错,价格略高,且离主楼较远,中途走廊很冷,希望改进。 于Heavenly SPA的消费也没有计入Starpoints积分 March 21, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by 可以面朝大海坐看日出日落的酒店 太多惊喜,在房间可以面朝大海坐看日出日落。去的时候是旺季,客服很紧张,感动的是酒店还是按照我的要求留出了房间。退房排队十分钟,工作人员马力全开一直在协调安排,赞一个。 March 12, 2016
