Connecting Room Policy
The hotel offers a limited number of connecting rooms. Please request for connecting rooms in advance, subject to availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
Our Whatever/Whenever® service will be thrilled to provide a crib for our wee guests, available by request. The crib feature a steel frame with a four-inch foam mattress. Rollaway beds are also available by request in all suites; one per room, for a fee of 40 USD per day. Please note that Wonderful, Spectacular, and Fabulous Rooms cannot accommodate a rollaway bed. Please advise of your needs while making your reservation.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

The hotel does not offer a waitlist. Please check back for availability.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in, if the hotel is not notified by 4pm the day before the new departure date. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Guests must be 21 and over to consume alcoholic beverages, with a valid driver's license or passport.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting services are available through the Concierge Desk. Please give at least 24 hours' notice of your needs and times.
Package Handling Policy
We are happy to accept, hold and ship packages on behalf of hotel guests for a handling fee. Please contact our Whatever/Whenever® service for more information on surcharges.
We welcome cats and dogs 40 pounds or less. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in and will be charged $25 per pet per day above the room rate. There is also a non-refundable $100 cleaning fee regardless of length of stay.

Suite Dreams Policy
In an effort to create a peaceful environment for all of our guests, please be advised that parties of any kind are not permitted in any of our guest rooms or suites. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation. Any compensation given to guests disturbed by you or your guests may be charged to your account at the hotel’s discretion.
To ensure exclusive access and guests’ safety and comfort, entrants at the front door may be asked to show a room key after 9pm. All non-registered guests should curtail their visits by 11pm.
A maximum of 4 guests are permitted in a suite or guest room at any one time. If you want to entertain or host a party during your stay, please contact our Sales team.
The entire property is non-smoking.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing is allowed with a maximum per day of $100.00 dollars and $300.00 per stay for non-SPG guests. Gold, Platinum and SPG VIP guests can cash any amount per day, up to $300.00 per stay.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates may be redeemed by calling in-house reservations only. Guest will also need to present original certificate upon check in.
We require a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and Carte Blanche) to be presented at check-in. While cash is accepted, a credit card is required at check-in for incidentals. We accept third party authorizations.
