Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in.
Extra Bedding Policy
Due to the fire safety policy, extra bedding is available exclusively in our Extreme Wow Suites. Bedding is subject to availability and an additional fee.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Late Checkout Policy
We are happy to accommodate late checkout between 1pm and 2pm for a fee of 60 EUR. For checkouts between 2pm - 4pm, a fee of 100 EUR will apply while checkouts between 4pm and 6pm will incur a fee equal to a half-day room rate. Checkouts after 6pm will be charged a full-day room rate.
The hotel has Wonderful Rooms that are accessible to guests with disabilities. Each room includes an accessible desk, a lower bed, a walk-in shower with handle, and a lower sink. All of the hotel’s public areas—including entrances, the lobby, the front desk, corridors, elevators, and dining venues—are readily accessible. The hotel also features accessible guest shelters in case of emergencies. Wheelchairs are available at no charge.
Guests must be 18 years old or order, with a valid photo ID, to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
The hotel does not provide babysitting service, however, the concierge desk provides information on babysitting agencies in Paris. Please contact the concierge for assistance.
The hotel welcomes dogs and cats that weigh no more than 40 pounds (18 kilograms). Acceptance of any other type of pet is at the discretion of the general manager; please contact the hotel directly. A nightly fee of 25 EUR per pet will apply, along with a 150 EUR non-refundable cleaning fee. No deposit is required.
Guests must have a valid visa, passport and/or photo ID to check in to the hotel.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Please note that local law prohibits access to hotel balconies and guests are not permitted to open windows.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited at W Paris - Opéra. Guests who violate the smoking policy will be fined 250 EUR.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates can be purchased and redeemed through our internal reservations department. Please call (33)(1) 44 77 10 68, between 9am and 7pm Monday through Saturday, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax or e-mail a copy of the front of the credit card prior to the guest’s arrival. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card. Third party credit card payment can only be arranged for companies or agencies. The hotel does not accept individual third party payments from non-guests. Credit card authorization forms must be sent to the hotel using the secured fax number.
